Hello Lumia Island Survivors!

A few days ago we addressed your concerns regarding Mileage purchases and Unclaimed Skin Vouchers No.1 & 2.

Once again, we're sorry about the inconveniences with these products and today we'd like to give you a brief guide on how to submit your refund claims through our Customer Support center.
Depending on the number of tickets submitted, refund processes might take a few hours or days but we'll try to get back to you as soon as possible.

[Additional Mileage and Item Refunds]
1. Additional Mileage

- After the 1.8b Hotfix, [NP purchases] give you double the Mileage than before.
- We have retroactively sent the additional mileage for [NP purchases] made before the 1.8b Hotfix.

* You can redeem the additional mileage from your in-game mailbox before December 31st, 2023 14:59 (UTC).
* While sending out the additional mileage, we also identified players who received more mileage than intended and we have retrieved the extra mileage accordingly.

2. Refunds for Items Purchased with Mileage

- A few skins were added to the Mileage Store later so we're addressing refund requests.
- Players that meet the refund criteria can submit their tickets through our Customer Support center with the information required below.

* Uncommon Skins Mileage Exchange Cost 250 → 175.
* We've sent out the 75 mileage difference for players that exchanged an Uncommon Skin before the 1.8b hotfix.
* You can redeem the mileage from your in-game mailbox before December 31st, 2023 14:59 (UTC).

■ Refund Criteria
- Players that purchased items with Mileage before November 9th, 10:30 AM (UTC)

■ How to submit a refund ticket
① Date of Purchase on the Mileage Store:
② Skin Purchased on the Mileage Store:

* If you have purchased 2 or more items, please write down the exact number of purchases and the skins you obtained.
* Once you get a refund for the exact amount of Mileage you used, the skin or skins you purchased are retrieved.
* Only refund tickets that are submitted before November, 30th 2023 14:59 (UTC) will be processed.

[Unclaimed Skin Vouchers No.1/No.2 Refunds]
1. Unclaimed Skin Vouchers No.1/No.2 Refunds

- Adding new skins to the Unclaimed Skin Vouchers No.1 & No.2 lowered the probability of getting certain Skins.
- Unclaimed Skin Vouchers are currently unavailable for purchase and we're giving refunds to players that meet the criteria below.
- Players that meet the refund criteria can submit their tickets through our Customer Support center with the information required below.

* The original Unclaimed Skin Vouchers No.1/No.2 will be added to the store at a later date.
* A new Unclaimed Skin Vouchers No.3 will also be added to the store.

■ Refund Criteria
- Players that purchased Unclaimed Skin Vouchers No.1/No.2 after November 9th after maintenance and before the 1.8b Hotfix applied on November 13th (UTC).

■ How to submit a refund ticket
① Date of Purchase:
② Product name: (Unclaimed Skin Voucher No.1, Unclaimed Skin Voucher No.2)
③ Name of the Skin you received: (Please write the exact Skin name)

* If you have purchased 2 or more items, please write down the exact number of purchases and the skins you obtained each time.
* Once you get a refund for the exact amount of Battle Maids Tokens you used, the skin or skins you purchased are retrieved. (You can also request a refund in Vacance Tokens instead of Battle Maids Tokens)
* Only refund tickets that are submitted before November, 30th 2023 14:59 (UTC) will be processed.
