[Fixes]

• Event NP balance will now be correctly displayed.
  
• Mai's Exclusive (R) tooltip will now correctly display HP Recovery.
  
• Hisui’s Rengeki(Q) and Getsurin Slash(E) skills’ expanded tooltip will now correctly display Cooldown Reduction based on attack speed.
