Debi and Marlene were born with an unusual power that bonded them.
The closer they got to each other, the stronger they got.
Their father would always tell them, "Don't let others see your power. There's people looking for it and they'll take you away if they find out."
The twins believed him and they tried really hard to hide them.
However, even after all their efforts, they couldn't keep it as a secret and they soon asked themselves if the only way to avoid being taken away was to run away on their own and stay apart from one another.
Maybe the best for both of them and their future was to leave everything behind and start new lives away from each other.
What they didn't know at the time is that being away from each other would actually put them in more danger than being together. But let’s not get ahead of the story.
