Hello Lumia Island survivors!
We would like to provide information regarding our Season 2 Preseason Grab Bag Drops and Season Final Drops related matters.
1. S2 Preseason Grab Bag Drops (Back To Normal)
From 15:00 PM on October 29th to approximately 5:00 AM on October 30th (UTC), there was a problem with Twitch Drops permissions that temporarily prevented the setup of Drops in the Eternal Return streams category. The cause has been identified and has now been resolved.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and we hope you can still enjoy the rest of the event by watching Eternal Return streams and getting your Grab Bag Drops!
2. Season Finals Broadcast Drops (Back To Normal)
Some players who received Drops rewards during the 1st hour of the Season Finals live broadcast from 5:00 to 7:00 AM (UTC) on Saturday, October 28th were unable to redeem the [Chunsia Announcer Pack].
We have corrected the drops rewards after identifying the issue, and people that watched the stream and collected their reward after October 28th (Sat) 7:00 AM (UTC) should be able to use the reward in-game normally. We have also fixed the drops reward for those who claimed the [Chunsia Announcer Pack] during the time of the issue, and it's now available in-game since Monday, 8:00 AM (UTC), October 30th.
Please restart your games and check your [Chunsia Announcer Pack] reward in Collectibles.
