Hello,

After downloading Eternal Return from the Steam platform, some users have been experiencing an issue where the game crashes without completing the initial loading to 100% on specific PCs.

This problem appears to be related to cache issues within the Steam platform and seems to occur only when there is a pre-existing download history.
We have contacted the Steam platform to fix the problem, but it was confirmed that this would take some time. In the meantime, we would like to provide you with a temporary solution.

■ Temporary Solution for Eternal Return's Loading Issue
- After accessing Eternal Return's "installation folder" on your PC and manually deleting it, please "uninstall" and reinstall Eternal Return in the Steam Library.


1. Remove the Eternal Return Folder from My PC
- My PC → Eternal Return Installation Drive → Delete the Eternal Return Folder → Empty Recycle Bin

*How to Find the Folder:
Steam Library → Eternal Return (Right-click) → Properties → Local Files → Browse Local Files → Delete the entire folder, then empty the Recycle Bin.

2. Uninstall Eternal Return from the Steam Library
- Steam Library → Eternal Return (Right-click) → Manage → Uninstall

3. Reinstall Eternal Return on the Steam Library
- Steam Library → Reinstall Eternal Return
