Hello Lumia Island survivors,

First, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the recent change in the refund application process. Up to this point, all refund requests submitted through the webpage have been successfully processed.

However, please note that skin refund applications will only be accepted until Thursday, December 21st before maintenance.
If you wish to request a refund, we kindly ask you to submit your application through the refund page before the specified deadline.
