On release yes.
You will be able to decommission them through NPC market orders.
LP is removed yes.
ESSs are in solar systems with the Dynamic Bounties System active. Solar systems with the DBS active have an equilibrium (and as such starting) multiplier of 1.15 which is a 15% increase in current bounties.
Correct.
Not on release.
CONCORD has been working on a major upgrade to the Encounter Surveillance System (ESS) and the new version is finally ready to roll out. The new ESS will come online alongside the Dynamic Bounty System (DBS) and together they will reshape ratting in Nullsec as you know it.
It’s okay. Not everybody can be cool.
I have had to remove some inappropriate posts…please keep within the forum rules please.

Try clicking on the Main Bank details area within the ESS window. It should give you a list of characters for the last two day.
Sure it is, at least the real life humiliation part. Getting hit is battery, which is usually a misdemeanor.
Nope. It really isn’t. Justification is also an affirmative defense, which means if the prosecutor decides to push the case, you’ve got to prove that you were justified. That means getting a lawyer, dealing with the headaches and the waiting of the judicial system, and it’s going to take time and cost you a lot of money.
This is a great way to end up in prison. The whole “fighting words” thing is largely a myth.
If they hit you, they’ve broken the law, and it’s up to the law to deal with them, not you. That’s the point of living in a world with laws.
The types of people who think it’s okay to punch somebody for saying mean things to you generally do not have enough money to pay for lawyers.
