For those that didn’t receive their video - no fear! It’s almost certainly been created, here’s a quick rundown.

When will the e-mails be sent
The emails begin to go out at 13:20 UTC on 17, December 2021

What time period does the data cover?
This tracks your data from 1 December 2020 to 30 November 2021

Do I have to be Omega the full time to get this?
So long as you had Omega status for one month in this period, the video would have been created for you

How are my alts calculated?
For this project specifically, all of the accounts associated with the same e-mail are considered.

I meet all the criteria and haven’t received my video
Worry not - your video is definitely created. The videos are sent out to the e-mail on file, if you are unsubscribed from EVE Online e-mails you may not have received the message.

Log into the video lookup app at https://yearineve.fuzzwork.co.uk/ with your main character (in this case, that is the one with the most SP) to find your video if you were eligible.

How long will the e-mails last for?
The life of the email & link is 30 days, so you can check it anytime between now and next January.

For those of you who weren’t subscribed to the email, we’ve put together a quick app that will let you look up your videos (and Steve Ronuken was kind enough to host it for us over the weekend before I can look into getting it onto a proper EVE Online webpage next week).

Just log in with your main character (for these videos, that’s your character with the most SP) and it will redirect you to your video!

Yeah the isk value of output field is a bit… questionably beefy for some people

(Heard a theory it’s counting blueprint copies, which sounds plausible)

Is there only a single account associated with that particular email?

If there is more than one account for a particular email - then you must choose the pilot with the most SP as your “Main”

It isn’t for me either, but they have to pick something and that is easiest for CCP

As long as it is the same email address, then it should be aggregated, if you use different emails, then it is essentially one “Main” per email address.

That would be super cool! I don’t know how difficult that would be but happy to bring up the suggestion!

If the character actually has 400,000,000 SP then it may have been falsely excluded as a dev character. I think characters at that limit were not counted.

This would be the character on your account with the highest SP

I’m not sure exactly what issues you were having with the tool, but worry not! I was able to find your video. Sitting in your DM’s on the forums - hope you enjoy!

PS the first scene will show you the name of the character that is considered your ‘main’

Your main is considered the character on the email with the highest SP - I was able to locate your video and send it to you in a private message on these forums. Enjoy!
