Hello all,

I got Everspace for switch, physical edition, and I am enjoying the game. However, it's listed as Ver. 1.0.0 and software update (via the internet) always says "You're using the latest version", but I know patches have been released (such as 1.0.5). Moreso, the game causes my switch to freeze, sometimes requiring me to restart the console. Freezes happen when I navigate to switch home when the game is open, or when I try to close the game. I'm hoping patches fixed these issues but I can't get the patches. Did anyone have this problem?

Yikes! We are investigating the issue and are seeking to rectify this issue; thanks for reporting and providing feedback.

I'll follow-up when we've discovered what can be done.

Hey there, so we did a strong investigation on the issue and it turns out this is out of our hands.
