Hi all,
I went into the interior of this structure and got caught in the wind tunnel that led to the outlaw leader. I was going too fast, smashed into the wall, and died. When I respawned it showed me completing the quest and now telling me to "defeat the outlaw leader". However, I can't reach him. The wind in the tunnel is no longer active and based on YouTube videos that should propel me through the 2nd fan. In the videos I've seen the 2nd fan isn't rotating, but in my game it is. All I see now is the 2nd fan still spinning, no wind, and the boss spawned. I've tried using Energized Boost, but it won't let me through the fan. Is this bugged?
