237s some new stuff pertaining to the riffs
239s and how they're evolving we're also
240s going to have a little conversation on
242s the plan for those reps I know last week
245s was like your very first look into them
247s and there were a lot of thoughts you
249s know you guys had a lot of things to say
251s um it seemed like there were kind of two
253s bodies of people out there
255s we had the first body that was more like
258s oh hey this is a really cool concept I
260s like where it's going and then we had
261s another one that says these look exactly
264s the same as something that's already in
265s the game and uh so both are correct uh
269s but I think it's important to note that
270s what you saw is that foundational effort
273s moving forward it's that jumping off
275s platform that we've established with
277s these riffs and you're gonna see at
279s least I hope you're going to see quite a
281s difference in how these riffs look today
283s than last week
285s and then if we do riffs again next week
288s which I'm not sure if that's going to be
289s the plan or not we might need to hold
290s off because there's a lot of things
292s moving on this territory guys there's a

339s what we have here we have our build no
341s this is a different build I think this
343s is a completely different build than
345s what we had last week I think we were
346s flying The Vindicator and we had Bob
348s we have the Drone named Bob it was so
351s delightful it's a legendary cargo unit
354s gives you a permanent drone so I kind of
357s uh I kind of went ahead and I just like
360s wiped my inventory
362s um this isn't uh like the attributes are
365s just come completely wild if I really
367s wanted to make this build better I would
369s put more in utility actually because
370s we're gonna be using a lot of devices
372s here so just a quick run through of this
374s build we kind of have a a little bit of
376s a standard kinetic and uh energy
379s combination here and then our general
381s overwhelming force that if we can land
383s shots on uh it'll be good for us
386s uh so this autocannon rapid Goss Cannon
389s and a thermogun we also have armor
391s breaker and shield breaker missiles
394s nothing super crazy about any of this
397s gear in particular like this is just
399s kind of your mid-range level 20-ish uh
402s stuff that you're gonna have so it's a
404s little hard to start creating
405s combinations just yet but we are
408s utilizing a couple perks that should
410s benefit us here we've got defensive
411s Massacre to get our Shield back up
413s should be useful for this Striker who's
415s always in The Fray we got play it safe
417s uh always comes in a pinch right always
420s comes in a pinch we've got crit happens
422s I'm gonna try this out even though I
425s mean our Precision our precision's
427s terrible that should probably change
429s actually let's change that
431s let's just go change that right now
432s we're not gonna it's not gonna pop a lot
435s so let's just uh let's just adjust it
439s uh let's instead have increased weapon
442s energy capacity because I think we have
444s three installed Warfare devices yeah
446s that's that's gonna be much more
447s beneficial
448s so that's 60 increase weapon energy
450s capacity we should be able to fire for
452s days and then last but not least we have
454s critical faculty which I also think I'm
457s Gonna Change
458s straight up to unyielding assault
461s this is going to give us armor back when
463s we pop the alt versus critical faculty
465s which is more applicable to Critical
467s Hits and our Critical Hits kind of stuck
468s in this build so uh that's what we're
470s gonna go uh in this Direction with now
474s aside from that uh this is what we look
477s like this Osprey I changed the color
479s around because why not it's fun you know
482s it's enjoyable and is there anything
484s else oh yeah the devices we are using
486s Parting Gift mainly for Mobility but
489s that Parting Gift mine can do a little
491s bit of damage this has been nerfed so it
494s doesn't deal uh I can't remember the the
497s numbers before but it
499s quite was it was quite literally doing
501s like a thousand percent damage uh now
503s it's problematic uh so uh We've adjusted
507s that I'm also using short circuit a very
509s popular mode on the amp generator but I
511s think it's going to be really good here
512s because we're going to be focusing on a
513s lot of crowd control we have corrosion
516s injector mercy kill to focus in on a
519s single Target and then these in
522s combination with a passive which we'll
523s talk about in a second are also going to
525s work quite well with
530s comorbidity I can't say it guys like
533s words are hard okay it's the second mode
536s an annihilator virus
542s uh it's the one that deals bonus damage
545s for each additional debuff on the target
546s okay that's the that's what you need to
548s know it deals bonus damage for each
550s debuff on the target so if you've been
553s playing along you'll know that the EMP
555s generator adds an effect on your enemy
558s right if you use corrosion ejector on a
561s single Target it's gonna start bringing
563s them down fast with mercy kill we can
565s transfer it around if we can focus fire
567s in on them those are both going to be
569s expanded upon by the annual Annihilator
572s virus usage here in addition to our
575s delightful use of corrosion injector
577s we can really focus down a problematic
581s Target by using this passive on this
582s Striker uh in the middle it says locked
586s enemy targets suffer 20 speed reduction
588s that counts as a debuff so just
591s inherently locking a Target down
594s when we trigger Annihilator virus
598s they're going to have 20 increased
601s damage from this
604s just straight up just just from being
607s targeted by us that's it just that alone
610s so then if they are also affected by
612s these two other things that's a 60
615s 60 percent
617s increase in damage
624s quite effective all right
626s so that's kind of what we're cycling
628s around we're still gonna need the
629s mobility you'll see in a second
632s the challenge that we face today
636s is gonna be ramped up considerably from
639s last week now if you were here last week
641s I think I see a lot of people sneaking
643s in who were here last week and that's
645s great thank you for returning happy to
647s show you how this has evolved
649s a lot of you guys last week know that
650s when we created this ancient Rift uh it
653s just threw us right in
655s that's changed
659s so now comes the part where I explain a
661s very important aspect
664s of our end game ancient rifting
669s this is the lunacy level

675s what happens
677s when you start a rift is you will adjust
682s the level of the lunacy
686s okay
689s starts from zero which makes enemies
692s super easy the loot quality doesn't
694s change
695s legendary crafting parts will have a low
697s amount here but there's no chance to get
699s legendary equipment whatsoever
701s as you increase this you'll notice that
704s these numbers and these statements down
706s here actually change with it

710s I know some of you out there I mean
711s you're Gamers right so you're looking at
713s this and you're like oh yeah so it's so
715s it's kind of like the torment system in
716s Diablo 3. yes it's it's kind of like
719s that uh that was the first thing that
721s came to my mind
722s um I think we also took inspiration from
724s several other games and I'm sure that
726s you guys are knowing them out there
727s immediately but that's where a lot of
729s this foundational uh establishment of
732s that challenge Factor as well as that
734s in-game grind if you will I hate using
736s the word grind but
738s that's where you're going to get a lot
739s of value by going through these riffs
741s over and over and over again so a couple
743s other quick points to note I am not
747s level 30.
749s generally speaking when you are going
752s through these riffs we want you to be
754s prepared as well as you can you can
757s still do them when you're not because
758s obviously I can choose it right here
761s however
764s you do not gain experience
768s inside of ancient riffs this is very
771s intentional
773s very intentional ancient riffs is what
776s you do when you want to get that
778s legendary stuffs
781s but if you want to level up you gotta go
783s do the job so you gotta go do the
785s missions you gotta go do hras you got to
787s go complete the campaign you got to
789s complete the challenges you got to do
791s the X y's and Z's that's going to
793s progress you on that front here is where
796s we're really going after that loot that
799s you are probably looking for to maximize
802s your builds to get crazy all of that
805s stuff and that's what we're establishing
807s here through this lunacy system now I
811s have been practicing this
813s a little bit because it's hard and you
817s guys know that I'm I'm I'm like not
819s amazing at this game all right there are
821s definitely those who are far more
822s skilled than I am
824s um but
825s the way that this system is designed is
826s like you there's no possible way you're
829s gonna complete this if you don't have a
832s legendary I can just straight up say
835s that right now and I know someone out
837s there is thinking challenge accepted I'm
839s gonna do that oh man I'm gonna show you
840s what's up whenever the fall update goes
842s all right then
843s that's your challenge I guarantee you
847s can't do it
849s that's how crazy this is
851s so I'm gonna dial it back
854s um I was practicing at 200s and I'm
856s having a really hard time with them I'm
857s gonna try it once here see if I can like
860s unleash my inner beasts and accomplish
862s this if I do I'm gonna feel really good
864s and I'm just gonna keep scratching my
866s heads on how Marco completed at 300 I
869s think if Marco's on the Stream
870s or maybe it's like 200 I can't remember
873s um but uh either way
875s either way I'm going to try at this 200
877s level you're going to see just how crazy
879s it is I want that good chance for
881s legendary equipment to drop regardless
883s or not if I complete this run we will be
886s going back through them I'm going to be
887s showing you legendaries regardless of if
889s they drop for me or not
891s and we're gonna have a good time

926s all right so a lot of what you're seeing
929s immediately is me trying to do as much
931s coverage as possible
933s in a short amount of time and then
935s hoping that my devices get back up
937s because our resolve
940s is effectively this timer you see on the
943s upper right above my head for how long
945s you have
947s until you lose and you are kicked out of
950s the rift regardless of the progress that
953s you've made
954s regardless of how successful where you
957s were to that point you are immediately
959s kicked out doesn't matter if you've made
961s it all the way to the bus or you are
963s just at the beginning
965s forcibly removes you so if you're going
967s up too high of a level
969s the game will tell you
985s all right let's try and space some
988s things out man I'm getting a lot of
989s those legendary drops
993s so a couple hours a lot of things that I
995s want to talk about while I'm doing this
996s Rift and yes it's going to require a bit
998s of my focus so I'm going to miss a
999s little bit of chat
1001s um so thank you for your patience on
1003s that front I will make sure that I
1004s answer those questions though uh that
1006s you have through the course of these
1007s runs
1009s but uh one of the things to point out is
1010s that we have been having some
1011s conversation regarding the pool of
1014s enemies like the combinations thereof
1016s because sometimes uh internally we are
1019s already not really liking the
1022s Randomness that happens
1025s because you can have uh Outlaws that
1029s don't really pose too much of a threat
1030s because they're combined with like an
1033s oak R Shield uh generator
1035s and they don't have very many Shields
1037s anyway so it's like okay well that
1039s doesn't that doesn't work
1041s we are also looking into additional
1043s mutators of course you guys knew that
1045s already
1046s uh but even like today we were having
1048s some conversations while I was having a
1051s conversation at least specifically about
1053s like certain ways that we can transform
1054s that what that looks like and this is
1056s going to be something that is visited in
1058s the future
1059s just know that we are certainly not done
1062s with the types of enemies that are being
1064s generated here
1065s how many
1067s all that stuff
1081s trying to focus him down I really don't
1083s want to deal with the prospector from
1085s long range
1087s to do a healthy bit of punishing
1088s actually there we go

1104s almost have our progress reached there
1106s we go perfect so a couple things to note
1109s above me the resolve says 52 that no
1112s longer matters it's only applicable to
1115s the stage you are in
1118s because we are past this stage our
1120s resolve will now go to a hundred percent
1122s in the next one
1124s where we do it all again on the timer to
1127s try investing
1134s I love how I've invoked individuals
1136s saying you don't understand your player
1138s base for such a challenge that's right
1142s yep I don't understand you guys
1143s whatsoever all right let's get into our
1146s next area
1148s we're going to do the enemy slowly
1150s repair their hole I think this one's
1151s gonna be fine with our crowd control
1163s I'm not alone anymore
1166s I want to read this comment this is an
1168s important comment to read
1171s considering I can't even recall the last
1173s time I came even close to death with my
1175s current build I don't see 500 stopping
1178s me unless my build gets nerfed
1181s guys I hope that you know that the game
1185s state is absolutely perfect and no
1188s additional balance changes are required
1190s since it's absolutely perfect so I can a
1193s hundred percent assure you that whatever
1195s you're using right now is not going to
1198s change in the slightest this I'm telling
1201s you it's like golden Perfection out
1203s there every single weapon the stats it's
1207s like chef's kiss all right everything is
1210s working perfectly as intended I think
1213s you get my point

1216s there's gonna obviously there's gonna be
1218s a lot of adjustments on this front and
1220s the riffs regardless of where they're at
1222s even in my current Dove build where they
1225s will be at in the fall update is going
1226s to be an insane challenge if you guys
1229s are up for that by all means I hope that
1232s you are I know there's some very cocky
1235s very confident people out there
1238s and absolutely this challenge is for you
1242s this challenge is absolutely for you
1246s make me eat my words I want you to
1251s so

1389s boosting as well as my aggression in
1392s order to make sure I don't lose the
1394s result

2040s um for two reasons one because I didn't
2042s code it in two because uh that might be
2045s applicable to the way that we go about
2047s balance changes I feel like it should
2050s happen whenever the drones get the kills
2051s too
2053s um because I mean they're doing chip
2054s damage for you and if they got the last
2055s shot in and you didn't then you would
2058s not effectively be getting your
2059s legendary and that would suck that would
2062s suck a lot the proc I mean to say so
2065s um pretty confident that the intent is
2067s that the drones would also trigger it uh
2070s but I will find out and give you a more
2073s definitive answer on that
2076s um hopefully in the Discord so if you're
2078s not in the Discord I encourage you to

2085s answer to that because if you do

2119s restrictions be the same in ancient
2121s riffs or will the penalties for
2123s switching out gear be more severe I love

2128s this as well yeah so you can't switch
2131s equipment in risks correct yeah so when
2133s you engage in a rift
2135s um and we'll just do another one I'm
2136s gonna boost up to 250 I'm probably gonna
2138s die I don't care we gotta try right we
2140s gotta try so um
2142s when you go into a rift you are going to
2145s have uh stuff show up here
2150s that indicates you can't change anything
2152s it all is completely bounced all
2155s completely locked so if you are looking
2156s to try and get cheeky with how you're
2158s like cycling things in and out the
2160s entirety of the rift at this time that
2164s might be important the entirety of this
2165s rift at this time has it to where
2168s everything is locked
2171s enough
2172s everything is locked
2174s can't do a dang thing
2177s can't upgrade can't modify can't replace
2181s can't do anything and it doesn't just in
2183s there
2184s your devices are also locked you can't
2188s even change the mode
2190s so if you were trying to be cheeky or
2193s something and you like were adjusting
2195s your combinations based on the enemies
2197s that showed up because there might be
2199s specific enemies that show up in groups
2201s as opposed to entirely random in the
2202s future I don't know
2204s um you can't just on the Fly account for
2206s that your build that you enter into the
2210s rift with is locked in no changes
2213s something to also consider regarding

2217s you cannot craft
2220s so your consumables once they're out
2223s they're out your secondaries once
2226s they're out

2229s I also intentionally rejoined this for
2231s one point to note I had zero out of
2234s eight missiles on my armor breaker
2236s missiles when you enter a rift just
2239s naturally it bypasses the standard rules
2241s of the game refills your secondary ammo
2244s and also gives you a hundred percent alt
2247s to start and full health
2250s this is what happens at the start of a
2252s rift okay
2255s I know someone out there is like oh well
2256s it's a cheeky way to bypass the repair
2258s system
2259s I mean I guess like this is gonna be
2262s something that unlocks much later in the
2264s game so if you feel like you're cheating
2266s the system by doing that at that point

2656s right every time we get a kill based on
2659s what type of enemy is destroyed we make
2662s progress
2664s now you'll also see there that there's a
2667s resolve bar and every time we get a kill
2669s the resolve bar goes up
2672s every time we take damage I think it
2676s actually comes down a little bit more
2678s I think
2680s pretty sure it does
2681s um but otherwise it also is naturally
2683s ticking down so if you are loitering in
2688s these areas if you're like not really
2690s too focused on taking out targets and
2691s you're trying to be like a sneaky little
2693s person and shoot one target at a time

2698s that strategy might not work as
2701s effectively as you want it to uh in fact
2704s the way that the riffs are designed it's
2706s going to be a bit more of that hot and

3787s like hmm and so we've we've already
3790s tweaked it we've already changed it it's
3791s like the first time so like this is to

3796s evolving this is like how freaking real
3800s we are being like this is the first time
3802s you're experiencing the stuff and so
3803s we're watching it in the streams
3805s ourselves through play testing and we're
3807s having play testing sessions where we're

3848s stacking up to 10 times and causing your
3851s primary weapon hits to consume a charge
3854s to apply six seconds of corrosion
3856s corrosion damage equals 50 of the
3859s weapons kinetic damage

3899s we want to make sure that the inclusion
3903s of these legendaries does not allow you
3905s to not think about the game anymore if
3907s you were able to hit all of your
3909s Weaponry with just legendaries across
3911s the board then difficulty doesn't matter
3913s anymore
3915s we want you to decide on what is
3917s changing in your shipbuild
3920s tons and tons and tons of legendary
3922s effects is just a bunch of fancy effects
3926s and pretty lights

3930s here for this is here for taking a
3932s particular build opportunity and

3998s we introduced the concept of legendaries
4001s since you know the beginning of the game
4004s Space
4005s but
4006s but working on the legendaries that's
4009s something that happens periodically
4011s through that space right
4013s um we did not want to put too much
4016s emphasis on the legendaries at the start
4018s of the game experience because we knew
4020s that if we did that it would pigeonhole
4022s all other systems around what we
4025s designed the legendaries to be it allows
4027s no additional growth for game
4029s development to occur naturally it also
4032s restricts a lot of the feedback that we
4034s would get from you guys
4036s not cool right so what we've done is
4039s when we started out we're like we want
4040s to have these legendary things we can
4042s have a lot of fun to play around with
4043s like this like that did not Implement
4046s any of it aside from as a tear but that
4050s was scratched
4051s um in this state now I believe we've
4054s been working on legendaries for
4057s foreign

4066s um but the the reason why I say it is we
4069s started this evaluation and uh execution
4073s of the legendaries after a lot of these
4076s systems have been refined have been
4078s changed have been transformed to give us
4081s a much better sense of what this game
4082s needs to be both for ourselves and also
4085s for you guys and through that we've been
4087s able to shape and change the legendaries
4090s accordingly to make them far more vast
4092s far more fun far more intuitive
4095s far more goofy in some cases you know
4097s all of that stuff
4098s so the development of those legendaries
4101s um definitely does look different from I
4103s think our initial Concepts to a degree
4105s right but we knew we wanted them to have
4108s all of these really powerful effects
4110s um and to like stand out from the peers
4113s of basically everything all in that
4116s category right so eye of the storm it's
4118s just straight up a better sensor from
4119s every other thing that's simply not a
4121s legendary but because it's restricting
4124s you to just one item slot for legendary
4127s that means you have to pick and choose
4129s what your legendary is replacing really
4131s carefully right so I don't think that we
4133s had the initial flat for example of
4135s being able to only use one legendary at
4138s the start of the game but we've seen
4140s through the natural progression and how
4142s our statistics have worked and how we've
4143s adjusted level scaling and how we're
4145s going to adjust level scaling further
4147s um like through all of that uh it just
4150s it's a no-brainer for us to now
4152s cultivate them in this style still
4154s allowing room for improvement and growth
4156s um while requiring uh intellect on the
4160s player's part to accomplish those
4162s wonderful things
4164s so I hope I answered that as clearly as
4167s possible they've evolved a lot but a lot
4170s of the work most of the work on these
4171s legendaries truly has been uh in the
4174s last in recent time in recent time so

4242s feel like that system is working as

4407s what your level is and generate your
4409s comments on Commons uh rares superiors
4412s you know all of that type of stuff also
4415s your prototypes your superiors it's

4526s do stand out a bit more uh just in

4532s those things that we have been kind of
4533s like looking into and talking about at
4535s the least has been the AI this is
4538s something that I've talked about for
4540s oh gosh for as long as I can remember
4542s honestly
4544s um because we do want like higher level
4545s enemies to perform more adamantly than
4548s the lower level ones it's not we don't
4550s want it to just be a difference of well
4551s this enemy has 50 hit points and this
4553s one has 75 like we want it to be more
4556s like this enemy is performing this basic
4559s maneuver and this enemy is performing
4561s this Advanced maneuver even though
4562s they're the exact same type of enemy so
4564s just know that that's what we want to
4567s explore in that territory moving forward
4569s um but also with riffs um just kind of
4572s give you one sort of slice of how we
4574s want to move forward is we would kind of
4576s prefer to have certain Arrangements of
4578s enemies appear as opposed to them just
4580s warping all willy-nilly because much
4582s like you it sounds like at least
4585s um I don't like how they're just like
4587s completely sporadically warping in and a
4589s lot of our team doesn't either we think
4591s that there does need to be a little bit
4592s more control over that and we are

4648s if if developers knew why every single
4652s bug was happening ever there would be no
4654s bugs in games

4661s they're not supposed to be there

4904s randomize so for example on eye of the
4906s storm here secondary weapons will always
4907s critical hit with your alt charge is
4909s below 50 that 50 will never change it
4912s will always remain that every eye of the
4914s storm you find it will be exactly that
4917s then the modifiers below it can be
4919s different
4921s they can be different generally speaking
4923s the legendaries should have four
4925s modifiers once Christian we changed that
4928s did you did we sneak that down
4930s I think we were planning on having it
4932s for maybe we've registered three since
4933s it has like a really super powerful

6146s systems that we have in place

6150s that in some cases are already in the
6153s game uh and others that we are looking
6156s to implement so when we say no final
6158s decision that doesn't mean no but it
6161s also means uh we're taking a lot of
6163s great care and looking at how we can
6165s transform this space

6364s something you have to invest to create a
6367s rift letter in the game but not in the
6369s next update yeah so I mean I do want to
6372s clarify this one I um I don't think this
6374s is too revealing so
6375s um so I will explain this a little bit
6377s further
6378s um what Hans Christian is referring to
6380s is a potential system uh that you have
6384s to acquire some special item that allows
6388s you to open a rift okay
6390s so uh we'll call it ancient Rift parts
6395s I don't know whatever okay
6397s um
6398s you would only be able to acquire those
6400s at like a certain part of the story
6401s maybe from certain events that happen in
6403s the story maybe from certain enemy types
6405s etc etc etc and then once you acquire
6407s enough of them you could open a rift
6408s maybe you'd have to invest more of those
6410s parts to change the lunacy level you
6412s know there's a lot of Concepts on that
6415s front and how we want to approach it in
6418s the update itself that we will be
6419s releasing in Early Access I don't
6422s believe we're planning on doing any of
6423s that just because we want it to be
6424s accessible for you to dive in to test
6426s out all that type of stuff so it's
6429s probably gonna feel like we Nerf it
6432s after the fact I'm telling you right
6435s here right now folks
6436s we have a design plan for how this is
6439s going to work we don't want you spamming
6441s riffs all the time you're not going to
6442s have them accessible until you're at
6444s least level 10
6445s um but probably more than likely around
6447s level 20.
6448s um like we we want it to be something
6451s you have to put effort into in order to
6454s get value out of and if you are
6456s constantly dying then you're losing the
6458s resource in which case to continue
6460s putting into it and then you'll have to
6462s you know navigate that process
6464s accordingly so
6466s um it's not so much a loss of like uh
6469s you know you're not penalized for
6471s anything you're not like you don't lose
6473s a weapon slot or you know any bull crap
6476s like that it's simply you might not have
6480s access into it again because you have to
6482s go do something else first right
6484s so uh
6486s we'll see what happens but I want to I
6488s just want to be a little bit more uh
6490s want to be a little more clear on what
6492s that looks like
6493s for it
6495s your general knowledge cool
6497s so we've got both of these from high
6499s barf I love the way that you're
6500s traveling through Prescott and you see
6503s just the general you know locales maybe
6507s these are all drone ships who knows
6508s maybe everybody's just sitting on their

6516s is just food being delivered to them
6517s just a bunch of Ubers uh and uh I love
6521s it though I think it's great I also I
6524s love seeing more screenshots of vessels

6531s this front so nice focus on that

6537s um I also like seeing Prescott Starbase
6538s uh Prescott Hospital rather because
6541s nobody seems to take screenshots of it

6557s uh structures that you see in Prescott
6559s that have optimized and just improved

6572s makes me happy every time because the
6574s first time I thought wait is there an
6575s explosion happening on the planet no but
6577s it kind of looks like that it's really
6578s cool uh wait a second is this ever space
6580s one no no that's ever space two because
6582s of the asteroid formation
6585s um like it's I like how almost
6588s provocative it is in the sense of like
6590s making you think it's something that
6592s it's not
6593s um very very cool it's uh it's trying to
6596s trick your eyes so cool I like that shot
6599s very good I do also like the depth of
6601s field to put more of the focus on the
6603s action and what's happening in the
6604s middle as opposed to the ship I think
6606s that works rather well we've got dark
6608s chaos here traveling through a dark and
6610s chaotic tunnel probably I love the light
6612s source that comes across with the orange
6614s on the top the red on the bottom ship
6615s with orange engines with the red
6617s colorations of the blue lights all nice
6619s little contrast going on this feels good
6621s it's incredibly centralized and
6623s sometimes that can be a powerful tool
6625s especially when that Center Point isn't
6628s massive and I do think it's captured
6631s incredibly well here especially with the
6632s framing being those darker colors
6635s leading your eyes right into the middle
6638s of the scene solid shot dark chaos we're
6642s gonna do one more and then we're going

6648s that a lot of people don't pay a lot of
6650s attention to always makes me happy this
6653s is a satellite uh that is

6678s used sparingly and you highlight it it's
6681s always fun to look at because you're
6682s like wait a second where is that how did
6684s you get that what's going on it just
6686s makes me happy just makes me happy so

6877s the promises of the fall update like
6879s that's the primary focus if we don't get
6881s the riffs in a state that can be play
6883s tested accordingly by default update
6885s then then we've failed right so that has
6889s to be what we work on now alongside of
6892s course the the riffs you know we have
6894s the legendary so that's why those are
6895s being worked in tandem there will still
6897s be more legendaries that come after the
6899s fall update I am confident of that
6902s um and I also know that we will
6903s absolutely have more set items uh in the
6906s future when they are introducing the
6909s game that's such a hard question to
6910s answer obviously we want them in now but
6914s the reality is with our focus and
6916s addressing the needs of this fall update
6920s it's probably not likely that we'll see
6923s more sets this fall
6925s um but rest assured we do have quite a
6928s few new uh sets that are going to be
6931s introduced into the game especially by
6933s the 1.0 released
6935s so do enjoy that question kind of sucks
6938s on how I have to answer that but uh
6940s that's where our focal point is I want
6942s you to know that so your expectations
6944s are driven accordingly from my friend

7092s there are certain locations that are
7096s more designed for one-time purpose
7099s and there are certainly a number of
7101s locations that are designed for
7102s revisiting
7104s I think for cephas Downs the underside
7108s of the planet is cultivated for story
7112s driven purposes you know you don't
7114s generally want to go into caves so much
7116s in this game but there is still an
7120s incentive to go back because if you
7122s return to cephas Downs and you look at
7124s the resources that are at the planet
7126s you're only finding those within the
7128s case so if you look at cephas Downs
7131s you're like I want that resource I'm
7132s nearby I can fly over to it you're gonna
7134s have to go spelunking in order to get
7136s them so and there is some design intent
7140s on a number of locations uh that are
7142s kind of more like the one-time onlys
7144s where if you return to them there's
7146s still aspects that can enrich The
7148s Experience further uh like returning for
7151s resources uh other aspects to
7154s um
7154s and
7155s you know that's it's it's kind of a
7158s tricky Beast to handle but uh we are
7160s doing our due diligence so that you can
7162s see all the hard work that's done in
7164s hand crafting after relocation right
7166s like it would be a a dang shame if we
7170s spent all this time decorating these
7172s massive Landscapes you visit it for 30
7175s minutes in in the game you have 5 000
7178s hours and you've never returned since
7181s because there's literally no point to
7182s right so there should uh we do we do
7186s have incentives on that front even if
7189s it's just like resource collection
7191s um but in general it's likely that the
7194s majority of Washington state majority
7196s that there will be locations though that
7198s uh they're just not going to be as
7200s interesting to go back to uh more than
7202s others this is just that's just the
7204s reality of it I think that it's safe to
