[2023] Set diffrent technology difficulty for two teams

Is there any way to set diffrent technology difficulty for two teams? I want to play pvp scenario with my only friend that play factorio but i play better(200h vs 40h) and I want to have the same chance to win. I thought about diffrent recipe difficulty but it seems not that easy for game. Any help please

Unfortunately the difficulty settings are global for the entire game, so its not possible to set different difficulties for different forces/teams.
