[2020] The Dark Matter combat rifle skin needs to be useable with the Fixer

Many, many people run with Fixers as opposed to the base combat rifle. We want to decorate our Fixers, and we also want to have skins on them to keep them out of the legendary scrip menu.

Please make this SCORE reward more worthwhile and allow the Dark Matter skin to be used on the Fixer, Bethesda!
