[2020] Still haven't received any help with my missing 1st membership

I bought Fallout 1st on the 2nd of December, and it was never added to my account, I opened a ticket the same day and was told to contact support after 72 hours, which I did, but I have still not received help on this issue.

It's been almost 3 f*cking weeks, and 1 week since they "escalated my issue to a specialist team" and I haven't heard anything. I mainly bought a months membership to claim the free Lobby Shelter which I read ends tomorrow, this is completely f*cking unacceptable and is straight up f*cking theft, at which point can I take this up with my bank for a refund, or take legal action.
