Map Jungle Lesser Helix added to the game
Lesser Helix spawns at the 8 minute mark, respawning 8 minutes after it is slain. Despawns once Prime Helix spawns.
Helix Influence : Teamwide buff granting their next basic attack against an enemy turret 15% of its Maximum Health in True Damage.
100 Gold and 220 Experience given to the player who slays the objective.
Lesser Helix also grants all ally players in the area 2 Favor once slain.

Updated Hero & Minion HP bars to better indicate when a unit has 1% health remaining.
