Since discussing things go south fast with the playerbase I thought maybe I would out this out there in hopes someone from the dev team actually might see it. I have stuck with this game for 2 years now, spent money on it, and got 30 other people to spend money on it as well. I want it to succeed. So here ya go.

  1. Spend the next several months adding a new hero every month. That way you have a period of in game testing, and tuning between each release to get them in line, and you give players something to look forward to every 4 or 5 weeks. You have all the models and kits from epic, and 2 years of knowing what works with a multitude of kits so it should be well within your skill set

  2. If you want to monetize the game then take a new skin for 2 heros in each role, add in a couple of avatars, emotes, and prime orb loot boxes, charge 20 bucks and make a battle pass that last for 3 months. Add in themed skins, maybe some quarters , hell it isn't hard to put it together. You would sell one to about 70% of your base and make some fast easy money.

  3. Respect the time people have in your game. The matter being worthless is inexcusable. Announce the change before you implement it so people spend it, and don't feel screwed over.

  4. Fix match making to allow new players to learn against other new players. It will drive them away playing my 5 stack of friends every game only to get rolled, and it's boring to us doing it.

  5. Add a tutorial that is indepth and must be watched per lane before the required bot games. Each game play one for the new players so they at least know roles, laning, and items clearly and precisely.

  6. Finally admit your f*ck ups. EGS was a major one because you didn't take their history of release issues into account. You should have had it in line 2 months ago so everything was a button push away for them. Admit your own short comings and people are more forgiving.

That is a blue print for the game to maybe pull out of the gutter and not only succeed financially, but thrive as an esport one day.
