I owned a personal house and an FC house.

They were both on the same timer.

SE said that I was last in the house on June 22, which was right before I went on vacation. They confirmed this. I went into my house when I got home from vacation in very early July and again in mid-July but they went confirm or even deny that I did so.

When I log in on August 2, my personal house is gone...was reclaimed July 31...and when I enter my FC house there wasn't even a notification saying demolition timer cancelled. I am the only person in my FC so no one else would've reset the timer.

SE claims they sent me two emails about personal housing, one on the 22nd of July and one on the 28th of July. I never received them and I have before this and had them marked as a safe sender and made it so that a special alert goes off on my phone when I get an email from it. I even checked with the email host and they said that they have no record of any emails from SE for the entire month of July except two which were for payment notifications. I made SE aware of this, naturally.

Even still, the timeline for their warning emails was incorrect and they only sent two instead of three.

On top of that, the timeline, June 22 confirmed to July 31, is NOT 45 days.

Ricardo with SE told me to not reclaim my gil and housing items until the investigation into the matter was complete...well they didn't finish the investigation until AFTER the timer to pick those up happened and now all of that is gone, too.

Their response to the investigation was a boilerplate cut/paste response saying that it was 45 days etc. and didn't address anything else.

I've heard that my story isn't entirely unique and that SE has reclaimed houses early, before.

Suggestions, at this point?

Ya they do have one, u/SE_Kahuna, he usually lurks but he'll most likely tell you to open up a ticket with support and to post on OF since this is out of his area. But I'll give him a ring so he knows that this is still happening, he did drop by another thread about the same issue last month.

You pretty much nailed it - I've already had this on the radar yesterday. A GM ticket is the most important thing here.
