I have checked into it from my end and we are not aware of any active issues regarding screen flickering, that said, we will gladly investigate the problem further.
Could you both please first go through this technical troubleshooting article for me ensuring you have completed all of the steps? These steps can help rule out many of the common causes for technical-related issues. I understand you have both already performed several actions such as installing the latest graphics drivers to try and remedy the issue, but we should cover everything in the article first.
Once you have both completed those steps, and if you continue to experience flickering, can you please provide some additional information for me:
Regarding sharing/capturing a video, you could directly upload the clip to an online video-sharing platform such as Twitter or YouTube. Alternatively, if you would prefer, you could transfer the video to a PC using a flash drive and then send it to us another way, such as through a file-sharing site.
