I just got For Honor 2 days ago and I have been loving it, convinced two of my friends to get it while it was still cheap on steam and they also love it. I have repeated problems of the game not letting me log in, saying "Ubisoft services are not available" or some bs like that, then I was told just reinstalling Ubi Connect would fix it, so I reinstall any time I want to play. Annoying, but worth the awesome game. I then see that the hero packs are on sale, I go to buy them, but it only lets me buy through steam, where it isn't on sale. Apparently that's just how it is so whatever. Eventually I end up logging out of my account, big mistake, and try to create a new one to fix the log in problems, it has the same problems. I go to log into my original account, same problems. I make a whole new G-mail account and make a new Ubisoft account with it. Right after creating the account, it says it's been suspended due to too many log in attempts. Someone help, I just wanted to buy some heroes, and now I can't even access the game.

The temporary suspension of the account is a security measure to prevent fraud attempts. I'm afraid we do not have a way to remove it at this time and would advise waiting 20 - 60 minutes before logging in again, as every attempt while the account is suspended will extend the lockout. However, I am very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause at this time. If you still can't log in after 1 hour, please try again in 24 hours. In the unlikely event the lockout has not expired after this time, or you continue to receive the same error message, please don't hesitate to update us in your support ticket so we can continue to review this with you.
