when i open for honor and try to load in i am always greeted with the same "servers are unreachable" prompt. So naturally i close the game and try to open it again but it simply does not open. After a bit more checking i found out that i am unable to load into ANY ubisoft games. I also found that in the task manager after i close for honor there is a background process that i am unable to end as a task. This has been going on for about a week now and i have been in contact with about 5 of ubisoft's customer support with lots of solutions to similar problems but i tried all of them and none worked. My problem has now been sent to the "development team" and all i was told was to look at the forums to check if its been fixed. This is very frustrating as i have been a loyal Ubisoft customer for over 4 years now and if this issue isnt solved then all those games i paid for and spent money on in-game things will be unplayable. Please respond with anything you think may help.

Hey J4ckoM4tic, thank you for reaching out to us, and warm greetings to the forums! I'm sorry for the annoyance this issue has been for any of your Ubisoft titles at this time. I took a look over your support case to see if there is anything I can suggest at this time to try and I didn't see this mentioned, but if you have a VPN enabled on your PC at all, I would try disabling it and try opening For Honor again. As for any unwanted programs lurking in the background, I would also try completing our guide Here. Please keep me posted here if this may have help in the meantime as our team continues to investigate this.
