I was in the middle of a ranked duel when I got disconnected from the match in which I was punished for 30 minutes for involuntarily leaving. Is there any fix to me not having to wait 30 minutes when it wasn't My fault? My connection and latency are fine, it's the servers.

Regrettably, we are not able to lift or shorten temporary sanctions as these are given by automatically by the server. However, in order to make sure that there are no conflicts between the game, connection and the servers, I would like to provide you some steps just to see if these may improve stability.
