[2021] Matchmaking Infinite loop

Howdy, so I'm on XB1, and I'm playing in Okinawa japan. All of the player vs player games show low activity, so i switch over to player vs AI, and it will say very high activity... but i sit in the matchmaking que for 15 min, get the error message and the que drops, I re-que rinse and repeat. I have been doing this for the last 2+ hours now just to see how long it will last.

I know there isn't a lot of activity in my TZ, let me play with bots. This is ridicules.
