Sorry to hear you have issues with your controller.

Can you please backup and then delete/rename the game configuration file? You can find the file in the location below:

My Games\Tom Clancy's The Division 2\

This will reset the configuration setting back to their default settings so any custom settings will be lost. Let us know what happens after you try that.

Hello!

Sorry to hear you have issues with black screen when launching the game.

Between logging off and the issue, did you do a complete restart of your computer? You can check in Task Manager > Performance under "Up time".

Also did you notice any changes or unusual behavior?
