Looking to buy the complete edition on sale through the Ubisoft store to unlock all characters. Will my levels/steel/gear be available on Uplay after earning everything through Steam? My steam library copy launches through uplay and uses the same Ubisoft Connect account, but I would prefer to play it safe and avoid losing my progress.

) The Progress of the game on PC is bound to your Ubisoft account. As Kage-No-Geisha mentioned, long as you are logged in with the same Ubisoft account, you should have access to your progression. However, if you have certain items (such as skins and gear) on the Ubisoft or Steam version, there may be some restrictions for them to be available on both. But the progression is bound to the same account.
