For example, I am rank 121, and I have 30th, 50th and a bot in my team.
The enemy team has one person of rank 200 for 3 low-ranking ones.
Is this game no longer played by high-level players or what?

While the matchmaking system does look to match you with players who are similarly skilled, if it doesn't find someone, the requirements will slowly be relaxed until matches are found. There can be a bunch of factors which influence this, such as which data centre you are connected to, and the number of other players.
