Payed for the pass but haven't received it?

I bought the legacy pass on Xbox, I got a message from Xbox saying I purchased it successfully and that sort of thing, however i haven't unlocked anything in the pass, it's as if it's not been purchased. And yes, I understand I have to rank up in the pass to unlock things, but it says its locked
