If you are okay with translating what I post here, follow the instructions below!
First, you will need to uninstall the game completely and reinstall Ubisoft Connect by following the instructions Here.
After that, make sure that you run Ubisoft Connect with administrator privileges. Instructions Here.
Install the game again after following those instructions, and make sure that the game gets installed to the same hard drive that Ubisoft Connect is installed to. If possible, this should be the same hard drive that your operating system is installed on!
