[2022] Can't play and connect

Greetings. After the last update I am no longer able to play in any mode. The connection is nat 2 (I've always played like this) 4 mega downloads and 1 upload. I have never been reported or banned. I am often disconnected from the Ubisoft server, but when I connect I cannot play in any mode, requirements not met. I have always played online, the story is complete and I have unlocked almost all characters (except the last 2).
Another mistake is that there is no data saved on the playstation 4 nor in the network storage of the playstation, but I am more than sure I have saved them . However, when the game starts, the story and characters are unlocked but unavailable. Various error codes attached. Can you help me please.
