So, I bought the year 6 season 1 battle pass and the new warden hero skin recently and when I try to launch the game it tells me: "There was a problem authenticating the ownership of this product". I have already tried the methods shown in the FAQ section on Ubisoft's website and it still doesn't work. My game is literally unplayable at this point.

Please help because I don't know what else to do.

Note: I have for honor on steam and I am launching the game from steam by default

@n3mg0d Hi there! Thanks for reaching out. I am sorry to hear that you are running into authentication issues when trying to launch For Honor. If you launch For Honor from the Connect client itself does the error remain? Also, is For Honor, Steam, and Ubisoft Connect all installed on the same drive?

Hey there @rebel_actual, thank you for taking the time to get in touch. I am sorry to hear that you have also been affected by this authentication error message. This error occurs when the content activation is not on the account logged into Ubisoft Connect and is instead on another account. We will gladly investigate this further for you.  Do you know of any other accounts that you may have? If so, could you please try logging into them via Ubisoft Connect? Once you have done that, please try launching the game again.

Also in the future, can you please consider creating your own thread if there is not something active already regarding what you have mentioned? This unnecessarily raises forum traffic and moves more active threads down the page.
