[2021] [XB1] [Connectivity/Multiplayer]rewards not given after the match all the time

Hi im getting tired of the loot system my nat type is strict and my dns is 178.22.122.100 but after the match i dont get loot and rewards and also my war map not showing anythig this problem is not only for me my friend's have the same problem and we can't change our dns sadly please help us we tried anithing we can but its not working i hope this problem will soon
