I've gone ahead and moved your thread to the Player Support area of our Discussions so that we can provide support a little quicker to you. There is one thing I'd like to suggest trying, if you haven't already. To see if they help with any of these issues, would you go ahead and give these basic troubleshooting steps for the PlayStation 4 a try? Would you also confirm for me whether these issues occur every single time you play, or if it's just random?

As for this issue itself, does the cutscene cut off and then prompt you to speak to the NPC again, which then replays the same cutscene? Or does the dialogue cut out but the cutscene continues to play?

  • Do you use Quick Resume/Switcher? Do you leave the game minimized at all, and if so, how long?

Hey there @Crowe_6891 ! Welcome to posting on our Discussions! Just to clarify a few things about this issue you're experiencing, however. Is it just that the helmet doesn't appear on Eivor's head, even with it set as 'unhidden'? Or are you unable to see any helmets in your inventory as well?

Would it also be possible to get a short video clip showing this issue for me?
