Hello there traveler! I am in quite the complicated situation. Long story short. I was gone outside my city for studies and let my gaming laptop at home so i can focus on school. My little brother tried out for honor. He was bad at it, he tried cheating. He got banned. He didnt tell me. He tried to mask every evidence of it. And now about 1 or 2 years have passed since I was banned and didnt knew about it. No, I didnt play for honor in a long time because of work and studies(and I was in a different city). Just found out I was banned and searched throughly through my e-mail to find that my account was permanently suspended. My question is, can my account be unsuspended? I got about 300 hours of legit playing and it seems unfair to get permanently suspended because my brother is a sore looser. I really dont want to loose my centurion main which I invested so much time in it... if its possible please help..

Hello @HuskyG4ming123, thank you for getting in touch with us.

When it comes to game bans, we believe all players are responsible for securing their account through things such as 2FA and keeping passwords and login details private.

If you have been given a ban for cheating on this account and your brother had somehow been able to login, we still wouldn't be able to remove any bans on the game from your account, my apologies.

Thanks for the reply @HuskyG4ming123 the Ubisoft account you received the ban on and any linked Steam or Epic accounts would be banned from ever being able to play the game again, even if you were to purchase a new game key, we are unable to go into much further detail then that I'm afraid.
