I'd like a refund for the Battle Pass and Gryphon hero. I can't play a single game without disconnecting. Since the troubleshooting guide is useless and no one from Ubisoft gives a ****, I want my money back, since I cant use either.

If you'd like to request a refund for a purchase on Xbox, then you need to speak with the Xbox support as the purchase will have been made through their store.

For the disconnection issue, what error messages are you getting?
