I have tried over and over again to get my password reset. ubisoft says "we sent a link to reset your password" but when i check my email nothing is there. and ubisoft connect just says, "cannot process your request, try again later" im getting really tired of ubisoft.
I am sorry you are having issues resetting your password. However, this is not something we can resolve via the forums (especially the For Honor ones!), and you'll need to contact us via DM on social media or through a support ticket.
This is because we cannot discuss account details on a public platform. When you have contacted us privately, we can certainly get this resolved for you!
