Whenever I try to purchase a steel pack in game, no window pops up at all. I will hold A/Spacebar to open the window but nothing happens. I've tried the "delete http2" fix but that did not work. I want to purchase it through steam so I can use my steam wallet funds but the only way to do so is in-game.

Just to confirm you have both the Steam and Ubisoft Connect overlay enabled?
