So I tried For Honor this weekend and liked it, bought each 4 basic characters from the Vikings, Knights and Samurais.
Then I bought the game and expected my heroes to still be there since in steam it said that if I bought the game the progress would stay.
Heroes are gone, only stats with them saved, so now I got level 7 with Peacemaker but I do not own her nor can I use her in any activity besides training.
Can any guy in support give me back my progress?

I've taken note of your question regarding Heroes purchased in the For Honor Free Week, as well as the details provided.
Progress with the heroes is carried over when you purchase the game.
Depending on the edition, the Heroes themselves might need to be purchased.
