[2022] Error 7-00000004 for over a WEEK

Hello

I've been getting Error 7-00000004 for over a WEEK. I can't get into any lobbies or matches. I have verified the files and nothing came out wrong or corrupted. I also checked the firewall and have a strong stable internet conection. i have no idea what to do next.
