I've had an ongoing issue where winning in ranked matches actually deducts points. I've been reaching out to Ubisoft Support (ticket 15490337) and keep being told they have let the dev team know. I've submitted multiple images and at least one video captured directly from my Xbox. The only info I've been given is that I should check the Player Support Forums. I followed the link and it takes me to a site that is now apparently archived and now I'm here. Any information on what might be causing it, how to prevent it, or anything. I'd love to get my points back, though I'm not going to hold my breath. I was going to say that the last time this happened, I lost 394 points, but it literally happened again as I was going down this frustrating shell of a support system

Hello @EnderKg . I do apologize for all of the frustration caused by this issue. I do understand that it's frustrating to hear, but I don't currently have any further updates on this issue. The team is still investigating this problem, and they haven't provided any further information at this time. The best that I can recommend at this time is keeping an eye out here for any updates.
