[2023] Standard Edition missing content

Hello! Originally purchased Starter Edition from Ubisoft Connect, but later added Standard Edition from Epic Games, but Standard Edition content is not available in the game. Content is only available from the Starter Edition. I opened a support case on December 24th but still no response. What to do?
