[2022] New bug on at least PS5

Been in about 10 matches and out of 6 of them I've had to back out because the frames are 30fps and below. Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this on pc and xbox.

Speaking of xbox, In those 10 matches all I've come across are Pc and other playstation players. Haven't seen any Xbox users.
