Greetings, everyone.
I have this big problem with my game since the Holloween events that whenever I login to my For Honor account I receive a warning about the War map not being accessible.
what it means actually, let me explain
As soon as I manage to login to the game

1.I get a yellow NAT type since I also used to have a green one before this bug came along

2.when I go to the Online Mode of the game I see on the top corner where it shows how the war between factions are going It says ( UPDATING SOON) and no battle is available for me to participate.

3. After I finish a match with other players shows me a Loading screen where it says ( Sorry our servers are not responding and we will be adding your rewards soon) which it has been 3 Months or more

4 When i complete matches none of my dailies get completed this way I have lost a lot of chances to get the cosmetic things i wanted

5.I bought Gryphon Hero + the battle pass for Price Point of 18$ altogether and now I cannot get any XP with any of my heroes including Gryphon which he is sitting still at level 1 and neither any Xp or levels with the battle pass

Please Ubisoft fix this Issue make up to it or Please refund me since I have been an honest and Good Customer by Purchasing most of your products. and it is not a right way to treat a A good Customer.

Sorry to hear you not received the end of match rewards.

We are currently investigating an issue with some regions that are experiencing this.

If you are receiving a notification that your rewards will be granted to you later, rest assured you will still receive them.
