cannot connect to ubisoft servers after most recent update how can i fix this it works on my laptop but not on my desktop. ubisoft website said to try clearing cach but that did not work neither did uninstalling and reinstalling two times and uninstalling and reinstalling the ubisoft app

I am sorry to hear that you are facing an infinite loading when reaching the Ubisoft Servers.
Could you please let us know what Operating System are you running?
Also, have you tried any troubleshooting yet?
