hi. i just installed for honor recently through game pass. but it keeps giving connection error on loading page over "moving to battle". i uninstalled and reinstalled the game. but nothing changes. i don't have any problem with other multiplayer games on my xbox. so i guess my connection should be fine. couple of my friends have the same problem. yet one told me it resolved after he installed ubisoft connect app on his xbox. yet i already have the app. i even unsinstall an reinstalled the app too.

Hey there, @shadow13700! Thanks for reaching out to us, and welcome to the forums! Is the Xbox account currently subscribed to Game Pass linked to your Ubisoft account and logged into the Ubisoft Connect app? If the accounts are not successfully linked, this may cause some disconnection issues with the service. If you have ensured this already and exhausted all steps shared here, could you share a screenshot of the error you are getting after the loading screen?

Hey there @shadow13700, thank you for taking the time to get back in touch and share that image. I am sorry to hear that you are receiving the error code 7-00000004 in For Honor.  I have just looked into it from my end, and I can confirm that as of 11:41am BST on the 3rd of March, all of our For Honor servers and services are running as intended. Therefore I would recommend you run through our connectivity troubleshooting in this article and ensure you have completed all the steps. These steps can help rule out many of the common causes of connectivity-related issues.
