[2023] RANKED IS IN SHAMBLES!!!

IDK why people have to make such a big deal about something thats been wrong with the game for years and continues to deteriorate. I logged into ranked today and went from platinum IV to I without playing any matches and when I go to check and see where I am in the rank percentage its always stuck at 0 and the meter is never filled. Come on man ️ im new on Playstation but i've experienced this same problem on xbox as well, that was the console I began on. ???? Fix ubi pls ???? ;-;
