when i start the game it initially starts than after the lockscreen of the app it has a critical failure that make the game crash without possibility to enter, is there any manner in way i can solv the problem and start playing the game?
anyone know how to fix it in first place?

I'm sorry to hear your game is crashing after launching it. Please just run through the steps in this article and just see if there's anything you haven't tried yet first of all, just to rule out any of the most common causes of issues on PC.
