I have an Xbox Series X and have not been able to join a match or friends for over a year.
My NAT is green, I have download speeds up to 300mb/ps, I have tried wireless and ethernet connections. Reset my router countless times, enabled Upnp, uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times, reset my Xbox, used a different router, changed my DNS, tried different Xbox accounts to see if it was just my account. I have made sure that in my Xbox settings that joining multiplayer is enabled. I can play every other title I own with no problems on the Xbox. I am running out of ideas...

My brother also has a Xbox Series S and is able to play no problem connected to my wifi. (I have had this error since before he moved in with me)

I would appreciate any help I can get.

Have you also attempted opening the game's ports on your router as suggested in our connectivity guide?

If so - to allow us to investigate this further, could you please open a case via our Support Site, Facebook or Twitter?
