i bought gryphon today and it was working fine but after 7 matches it doesn't let me play the character anymore and its telling me to buy it again? i need some help because i used real money on it

Not a bash, I think it's good to question. However, we did notice an issue early on not long after the Season went live and we believe we resolved those issues:

Our game team is currently investigating why this is still affecting some players so please keep an eye on our official website along with these forums and our social media outlets for further news as it it made available. In the meantime, please try verifying your game files or restarting game clients if you have not already done so.
