For an hour or two I've waited, restarting and reinstalling to see if that would fix the issue of me not unlocking battle pass.

A big bummer that I can't get anything after I already paid for it.

It can take up to 24 hours for purchases to go onto accounts, especially during busier periods.
If you have still not received it after this time, can you please contact us via Facebook PM or Twitter DM and include a fullscreen uncropped screenshot of your email receipt, as well as a screenshot showing the battlepass locked in game.
