Do you get any errors when the controllers disconnects?
Does the controller only disconnect in For Honor, or does this happen with other games as well? Have you possibly got a second controller you could test?

As part of the support team as opposed to being part of the dev team, I'd be unable to answer points A & B, but I can certainly pass this on to the dev team.
Can you confirm this happens each time you do this boss, or was it just an isolated incident?
