Since there's a ton of controllers on the market, please note that we generally don't officially support controller on PC just because the wide range of products would make it official to do so.
That being said, can you please try running through our technical troubleshooting steps for PC, as well as make sure you don't have any background applications running the next time you test it?
I'd also suggest trying a different cable to connect the controller to your PC, or just using a cable to do so in general if you were connecting wirelessly beforehand!
